April 24 to 27, 2020

Put a spring in your step this April at Warrior Reset!  This 3 night spring tune-up will focus on resetting our yoga practice and nutrition intentions for the remainder of 2020.  Designed for the mature minded individual...let us elevate your already amazing life!

Join us in April at a luxury cottage on beautiful Lake Muskoka, as we offer a Spring Tune-Up of yoga and nutrition! We will start our day with a yoga flow, followed by a yin/stretch practice to get you warmed up for the day's activities.  Enjoy a weekend of holistic nutrition with a menu curated by Holistic Nutritionist, Laurie McPhail of The Nutritional Reset. We will learn what holistic nutrition means and how we can take that knowledge into our real lives as we entertain and bbq this summer!  Wake up to yoga and let hiking and other activities round out your stay!

Join me and Laurie McPhail  for a weekend of focusing on your health and wellness at Warrior Reset!

Participants must be 19 years or older.

Cliff Bay at Muskoka Soul is equipped with pillow top beds and plush linens.  Enjoy the view from the large deck or watch the snow fall from the Great Room next to a fire!

A whole food menu with farm to table food that will nourish the body and soul.  Designed by a holistic nutritionist, and prepared by our private chef. Learn that healthy can taste better than you ever imagined.

 Let me show you how to reach the yoga warrior in you. 

 Robin will guide your flow practice in the morning.  She will also meet every warrior for 1 half an hour private one on one session. In a fun and supportive environment Robin will break down asanas for beginners or build them up for more advanced students.  Learn more about Robin.

Laurie McPhail, MBA, CNP, NNCP

Restore your energy & enthusiasm for life with The Nutritional Reset

Laurie became a believer in the life-changing power of nutrition after a twenty-year career in finance

left her overweight and suffering from high blood pressure and chronic respiratory ailments. Not relishing the prospect of pills and puffers in perpetuity, she revamped her diet and lifestyle and was astonished by how rapidly her body healed.

 

Feeling more vibrant than ever, Laurie was inspired to earn her diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition, becoming a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), to educate others about the power of food as medicine.  She started her private practice, The Nutritional Reset, in 2017.

 

Laurie is a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.  She works privately with her clients to develop the ideal “recipe” for each to nourish body and mind. The result is renewed vitality and focus and the fabulous feeling of being happy, healthy and at home in their bodies once again.
