YOGA IN THE PARK!
This summer, starting July 4th Yoga Warrior and the Kerry Heming Way will be joining forces to offer outdoor classes in Riverdale Park West in Toronto! Come and join us…
Saturday 11:00 am until August 15th
Tuesday & Thursday 6 pm until August 13th
Get your yoga/pilates groove on in a small group structure. Providing 1:4 instruction we will have a maximum of 8 participants, socially distanced as we warm up and work our core in pilates moving into a yoga flow and stretch to end the class!
All classes must be pre-booked.
Strict Maximum of 8 participants per class.
Your first class is free!

WHAT TO BRING
PLEASE BRING: Your own mats, blocks and straps
ALTERNATIVE PROP OPTIONS: Don’t have a strap? You can use a belt from a robe, a thick piece of long ribbon or anything that you can comfortably reach your foot with and hold.
DON'T FORGET: Water, hat, towel and sunglasses … it might get hot!
If you need to purchase blocks, straps, bands or pilates balls please let us know in the registration form!
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 regulations, we are unable to provide mats or props on-site. You will need to bring your own or arrange to purchase in advance.
