Let me show you how to reach the yoga warrior in you.
I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher with 250 hours of Ashtanga-based yoga training. With almost 400 hours completed of my 500 hour training I am able to include both restorative and hands on therapeutics in my teaching. Some time ago I noticed there are few teachers over 40 who understand physical aging and the body at mid-life. Twenty years ago, I came upon Ashtanga yoga and immediately fell in love. Learn more about Robin.
Pilates & Barre Instructor, health & wellness enthusiast, nature and coffee lover. Her deepest desire is to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals and create an active and balanced lifestyle that you truly love.
During my workouts, you will learn the most optimal way to move your body. You will strengthen and lengthen your muscles from head to toe and you will start to develop a strong mind/body connection. If you work towards fine-tuning and mastering each of these exercises, you will truly embody all of the benefits.
Practicing Pilates and Barre consistently will improve your balance, core strength, breathing, alignment, posture, endurance and concentration. You will start to feel more centered and your day to day movements and activities will begin to feel easier and more fluid. Learn more about Kerry.
