Warrior Team
Having devoted three decades to the corporate world, I empathize with the struggle of balancing work demands with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's the relentless travel or the constant battle to prioritize wellness, it's a challenge many of us face.
Despite my dedication to health and wellness routines, the pandemic starkly revealed how easily our habits can shift and impact our bodies. I experienced a decline in mobility and an onset of aches and pains due to reduced activity, highlighting the significance of consistent physical exercise and self-care.
Having practiced yoga for 20 years, I decided to become a teacher 10 years ago. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with over 300 hours of training, my expertise spans Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga. Additionally, my training in restorative yoga enables me to seamlessly incorporate therapeutic techniques into my teaching, enriching the experience for my students.

Sarah is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer boasting more than a decade of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Graduating with an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Health and Disease, Physiology, and Psychology, Sarah holds a strong academic foundation. Passionate about empowering others to optimize their health and wellbeing, Sarah believes that movement plays a pivotal role in longevity and overall quality of life.
Recognizing the significance of functional training, Sarah emphasizes purpose-driven workouts that prepare the body for both athletic challenges and everyday tasks. Sarah’s training system is meticulously designed to strike a delicate balance between enhancing performance and minimizing the risk of injury.
Jacqui Wells
Registered Holistic Nutritionist
& Yoga Teacher
Jacqui Wells is a multifaceted practitioner, combining her expertise as a Shiatsu Therapist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist with her role as one of Toronto’s premier yoga instructors. With a commitment to daily practice and teaching across the city, she is renowned for her insightful Educational Workshops and serves as an Anatomy Teacher in various Yoga Teacher trainings.
Jacqui's work is guided by her genuine compassion and heartfelt dedication to empowering students to improve their bodily functions. She seamlessly weaves in the spiritual essence of yoga, ensuring relevance to the everyday lives of her students.

Fahmida Bhadha
Movement & Mobility Coach
Certified Pilates Instructor
Fahmida Bhabha is a Health & Wellness Coach guiding people to take control of their health and wellness through movement and natural solutions.
She is a certified Pilates teacher, teacher trainer, personal trainer and holds certifications in 3 fascial modalities, the MELT Method, Roll Model Massage Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Her goal for her clients is to have a better understanding of their bodies through movement, resulting in a better quality of life, whether that means improved performance in a sport or being able to handle everyday activities like gardening, carrying groceries or getting something from that top shelf.
