About Our One Day Reset


At its core, a reset is about spaciousness: creating the conditions for reflection, release, and realignment. But to be effective, it must be intentional, guided, and designed for where you are—not just in your career, but in your life.

That’s why we created a luxury, one-day retreat experience in downtown Toronto—specifically for like-minded senior professional women.

This is not a wellness day filled with fluff. It’s a curated leadership pause designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your vision, and your vitality.


The experience is grounded in evidence-based practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and clarity—essentials for today’s leaders and busy professionals.


All of this takes place in an intimate, elegant setting—away from the noise, yet right in the heart of Toronto.

Other Considerations & Cancellation Policy

Optional add-on dinner a la carte and must be booked at time of booking. $25 non-refundable deposit for optional dinner at time of confirmation.

40% deposit on booking. Full payment due 30 days in advance. 50% Credit can be issued for medical reasons.

Robin Riviere

Certified Yoga Instructor

Having devoted three decades to the corporate world, I empathize with the struggle of balancing work demands with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's the relentless travel or the constant battle to prioritize wellness, it's a challenge many of us face.

Having practiced yoga for 20 years, I decided to become a teacher 10 years ago. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with over 300 hours of training, my expertise spans Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga. Additionally, my training in restorative yoga enables me to seamlessly incorporate therapeutic techniques into my teaching, enriching the experience for my students.

Jose Peralta

Medical Doctor (LIC in Argentina), Sound Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant

Jose Peralta is an international medical graduate from Argentina with a background in family medicine who is on a mission to integrate conventional and complementary medicine. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, Jose has expanded his expertise by studying Ayurvedic medicine in Argentina and India, as well as sound therapy in Argentina and Nepal.

 

Currently, he is pursuing studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Naturopathic Doctor, aiming to create a seamless blend of traditional and alternative approaches to wellness.

Mckenzie Piper

Certified Yoga Instructor & Master Reiki Practitioner

Mckenzie Piper (Piper) is a certified yoga instructor and Master Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for holistic healing. Currently pursuing a degree in Naturopathic Medical School, Piper integrates mind, body, and spirit in her approach to health and wellness. With a focus on natural remedies, energy healing, and physical well-being, Piper is dedicated to empowering others to achieve balance and harmony in their lives.

 

Through Yoga, Reiki, Breathwork, Meditation and Naturopathic medicine, Piper aims to offer a holistic path to healing and personal transformation.
